GENERAL

Check-in is 3:00 pm, and check-out is noon. If you would like to extend your stay, please contact our Front Desk Team in advance so that we may try to accommodate your request. Departures after 3:00 p.m. incur an additional half-day charge and departures after 6:00 p.m. incur an additional one night's charge.

Early check-in and late check-out are based on availability. Please make arrangements for early arrival or late check-out in advance. If we are unable to accommodate your request, your luggage can be stored for you.

No, we don't offer shuttle service to the airport. Please call our Front Desk for alternative transportation options.

We offer complimentary self-parking.

Yes, the front desk will hold them for you until you're ready.

Dogs are welcome at Hotel Indigo® Seattle Everett Waterfront for a non-refundable fee of $50 per stay, limit two dogs per room. Dog-friendly rooms are limited and subject to availability. Advance reservations are required, and all stays including a canine must adhere to our dog guidelines.

Yes, cribs are available with advance notice.

Each additional person is $10 per night— a maximum of four people per room.

RESERVATIONS

For existing bookings (bookings made through April 6, 2020) can be changed or cancelled for stays up to June 30, 2020.

We want to help you plan and book any future travel with confidence. So, we have several ways to support guests to amend travel plans as necessary:

  • Book Now, Pay Later: This new rate offers flexibility and savings. With no deposit required and cancellations possible up to 24 hours before your stay for direct bookings, travel planning is commitment free. Guests benefit from 5% or more off our Best Flexible Rate for bookings made up to September 3, 2020 for stays until December 30, 2020.
  • Best Flexible Rate: This rate offers maximum flexibility to change or cancel your reservation. For direct bookings this rate can be fully changeable or refundable up to 3pm on the day of arrival.
  • IHG Rewards Club Members Rates: Additional savings are available for IHG Rewards Club members on these Book Now, Pay Later and Best Flexible rates.
  • IHG Rewards Club nights: You can change or cancel these bookings with no penalty prior to the time period set by the hotel.
  • We have removed our more restrictive (pre-paid/non-refundable) Advance Purchase rate from sale until later in the year

If you do not arrive for your reservation, your credit card will be charged for the first night plus tax.

They are 6.5% sales tax, 3.3% city tax, and 2% county tax, plus $1 convention & tourism tax.

At check-in, an authorization will be placed on your credit card for the total amount of your reservation rate plus tax and an additional $100 USD per stay in anticipated incidental charges. A valid credit card authorized to cover room, and tax, plus $100 per stay for incidentals, must be presented upon check-in. You may pay your final amount owed via credit card or cash upon departure. If you will not be checking in, but would like to pay for a guest's stay, please contact reservations at 866.246.3446. Guests are not required to settle their account with the credit card used at time of check-in.

Yes, our fitness center is open 24/7 and offers a variety of exercise equipment, including features treadmills, elliptical machines, universal weight machine, and stretching area.

We have two computers and a printer for complimentary use next to the front desk.
